كيف يعمل نظام ATICA MONITORING
مكالمة ذات أولوية منخفضة: في هذا الوضع، يرد فريق الرعاية الصحية في مركز التحكم على الاستدعاء الذي يقوم به المريض من غرفته.
مكالمة ذات أولوية عالية: جميع المكالمات التي يقوم بها المرضى تتطلب وجود عضو من فريق الرعاية الصحية في غرفة المريض. في حال لم يذهب أي من موظفي التمريض إلى غرفة المريض، سيستمر جرس الغرفة بإعادة النداء، فإن لم تتم الإجابة، يتم تحويل المكالمة إلى مستوى أعلى.
